I randomly chose this spa as I was close by, for a 30min back massage. Had my session with Zai, and she was simply amazing! She found all the painful spots and worked on them so professionally. On top of that they serve you welcome drink and hot tea with snack afterwards. Will be coming back definitely.

Yes. During pregnancy, the body produces more blood and fluid to support the baby, which can cause heaviness and swelling in the legs, ankles, and feet. Gentle massage techniques can help support lymphatic circulation and ease fluid build-up.

Frequency depends on your stage of pregnancy, comfort level, and doctor’s guidance. Many expectant mothers book monthly or more regularly during the second and third trimesters to support relaxation, swelling, tension, and sleep.
